Mae Jane Aaron yn Athro mewn Saesneg ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru. Hi yw awdur Pur fel y Dur - Y Gymraes yn Llên Menywod y Bedwaredd Ganrif ar Bymtheg (Gwasg Prifysgol Cymru, 1998) a golygydd Our Sisters' Land (ailargraffwyd 2004) a Postcolonial Wales (2005). Ei llyfr diweddaraf yw Welsh Gothic (Gwasg Prifysgol Cymru, 2013).
